CloudPrinting Error Codes

If you are having troubles getting a tag or ticket to print, the printer will display it's error codes by flashing lights.  Which lights are flashing, and how quickly they are doing so can be translated to a human readable error message with the below keys.

To see the full list of errors go to https://www.starmicronics.com/pages/troubleshooting# and then select your printer from the options on the left hand side of the page. You'll then match up the various light displayes on the center of the page to what you are seeing on your printer.
