You can create orders directly from the dashboard in the case of in-store orders or call-ins. To do so:
- Go to the Home Page (click the Hanger icon).
- Enter the name of the customer for whom you are creating an order in the search bar. If the order is for a new customer, click the New Customer button and enter the new customer's information. For existing customers you can also search for the customer in the "Customers" modal accessed from the menu on the left hand side of the dashboard.
- Click "New Store Order" for orders that will be dropped off / picked up in store, or "New Delivery Order" for an order that will be picked up or dropped off at the customers location
- If the order is already picked up, choose the status that the order is should begin in.
- Choose a pickup and delivery time, as necessary.
- Indicate whether it is a one-time or recurring order.
- Click "Create Order" and the order will be created.
