Enabling Refunds

Starchup enables you to give customers refunds on orders as needed. In order to enable this feature, you must associate a credit card with your account. This card will be charged the amount of each refund. To associate a refund card:

1. Click Set Up > Account to access the account page.
2. Click the Enable Refunds tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your credit card information and click Add Credit Card.

If you attempt to give a refund without adding a credit card here, you will receive an error message.
