Recurring Orders
In order to encourage your customers to enter a delivery pattern with your service, the Dashboard enables your customers to set orders to Recurring. This will have the following effect on the service and notification that they receive:
Action | Recurring | One-Time |
Order Frequency | A new order is automatically created for the customer after the previous order is completed, based on an interval set by the customer | No order created after original order completed. |
SMS Reminder of Pickup | Ability to text "Skip" to skip one pickup without cancelling future orders (see Skipping Pickups) | Cannot Skip |
