Setting Up Unattended Routes

To set up an unattended route, we recommend the following:

1. When creating your schedule (see Creating Driver Schedules), choose the two days during the week that you want the delivery route to run.
2. Set the interval length to the full window of the start and end times.
3. Set the route to Static.
4. Once the route is created and populated with customers, go to the route management screen, choose the appropriate driver and route, and click the magic wand Optimize Button. This will ensure that your route is as efficient as possible. You can then manipulate the stop order at any time.
