Assign Agent PIN
When creating an new agent account a PIN can be specified as well as a password.
From the setup -> agents page scroll to the bottom to get to the add agent page.
Along with name, email and password, the PIN can be specified at this point
Then click save to add the user.
If an agent has forgotten a PIN or it needs to be reset this can also be done via the setup -> agents view.
Select the agent in question and click the edit button
Enter the new PIN to be used
Click save
