Agent Clock In / Clock Out

To clock in or clock out an agent will need to:

• Navigate to the home page
• Select the agent name button in the top right hand corner
• Enter the agent PIN
• Select the Clock In or Clock Out button 

If the agent is already clocked in, or not yet clocked in and the wrong button is selected a warning will be shown
