Item with custom tax rate

If you have a need for particular items to have a different tax rate than the one set at setup -> services -> fees, this can be specified.

This would be specified on each individual item from the setup -> services -> prices page by selecting the category, and then the item, and specifying the rate in the TAX RATE field and then clicking save.  This can be done for either newly created or existing items.
